A Day at the Range
HAPPY MONDAY!!!
In these crazy times, you can’t overstate the importance of team unity, for our team, that means spending the morning at a shooting range. This morning we all got up early and headed out to the Usery Pass 3D walking Archery Range!
Quality time has been at a premium since March of 2020, and the lack of comradery can have a detrimental effect on your team. It’s really important to be able to spend time with each other and to get away from computers, cameras and job sites for at least a morning or evening together.
We’re fortunate that our team likes shooting our bows and that we all have our own equipment, but for your team, you can do anything from a company lunch to bowling. Whatever your team likes to do.
For us, we met up at 7am and got everyone their favorite soda and a breakfast burrito from Fileberto’s! A quick breakfast on the way to the range meant that we could spend more time letting the arrows fly.
I hope that you enjoy this video and I hope that it inspires you to take some time to let your team reconnect with each other. You don’t have to wait for a special occasion, you just need to make it fun for everyone.
